Okako Adika

Okako Adika is a sharp-shooting, multilingual guard with global ambitions and a go-getter mindset. A First Team All-American, All-Defensive Team honoree, and 1,000-point collegiate scorer, she finished her NCAA career at USC, leading the Pac-12 in 3-point percentage (47%). Drafted 30th overall in the 2023 WNBA Draft by the New York Liberty, she now embarks on her pro journey overseas. Off the court, Okako is fluent in Danish, Swahili, and English, and dreams of building a nonprofit academy in Congo to help young athletes reach their goals. Whether she’s traveling to Greece, Dubai, Zanzibar, or South Africa, Okako brings purpose and passion everywhere she goes.
