Merritt Hempe is a veteran post presence and internationally accomplished professional whose skill, toughness, and versatility have made her a standout across some of the world’s top basketball leagues. Throughout her overseas career, Merritt has competed in Germany, Russia, Turkey, Greece, and Spain, where she has played for elite clubs including Valencia Basket, Olympiacos, and Casademont Zaragoza while competing in both EuroCup and EuroLeague play. A EuroLeague Final 6 All-Star, Merritt has helped lead championship-winning teams to multiple Spanish League titles, Spanish SuperCup championships, the Copa de la Reina, Greek League and Greek Cup titles, and a EuroLeague bronze medal. Known for her strength in the paint, high basketball IQ, and veteran leadership, she brings a wealth of professional experience and composure to 3x3 basketball’s fast-paced, physical style of play.
