Alyssa Ustby

Alyssa Ustby is a versatile wing with a relentless motor, elite rebounding ability, and a passion for inspiring the next generation. A standout at the University of North Carolina, she became the program’s all-time leading rebounder, recorded the first triple-double in Carolina women’s basketball history, and earned multiple First Team All-ACC and ACC All-Defensive honors. Alyssa also represented Team USA in the FIBA 3x3 Women’s Series (2024) and FIBA U23 Nations League (2022). In 2025, she was invited to training camp with the LA Sparks before launching her pro career. Off the court, she hosts youth basketball camps, builds Legos, plays piano, and is known for her down-to-earth style and genuine connection with fans—especially the young girls who look up to her.
